the staff was friendly. the rooms were comfortable. public areas included gardens, and pools. breakfasts were excellent. local restaurants are in easy reach.

i find the restaurants were too similar. i think the spa cost extra if you have a certain package. i consider this a solid four star offer, but nothing stood out for me.

The location is decent. It's close to the marina.

i had issues with the room. i found hairs in the shower, a sign the cleaning wasn't thorough. the wifi signal dropped frequently and this was quite frustrating when i needed to stay connected.

i enjoyed the massage at the spa my therapist was andrik it covered the whole body from feet to head. the service included drinks on arrival and a locker. there was no hard sell for products after the massage.

i found the food quality inconsistent depending on the restaurant. parts of the hotel looked a bit run down upon closer inspection. the all inclusive package did not seem entirely worthwhile.

the hotel provided spacious rooms and all necessary amenities . daily restocking of the fridge kept us refreshed , while the option for daily sheet changes added a touch of luxury. the spa offered really good service , with well trained staff and skilled masseuses.

i noticed that a few areas showed very slight signs of wear and tear, particularly some minor paint peeling on the terrace.

The staff generally maintained a professional and helpful demeanor. Their hospitality was acceptable.

The gym was not equipped adequately. Dumbbells only reached 20kg, THERE were no Olympic bars, and squat racks were missing. I also noticed the breakfast buffet lacked variety. Vegetables like cucumbers and tomatoes looked dried out on several days.
